How do I obtain a copy of an investigation report or a traffic accident report from the Police Department?: Contact the clerk’s office (319) 372-2525, ext. 278 or 279, to make a request. Requests can also be made in person at the Police Department, 811 Avenue E, during normal hours, Monday through Friday between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm.
