  5. Community Clean Up

    April 25, 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM @ Central Park

    Fort Madison is a beautiful community, and sometimes we all need to pitch in to keep it looking that way! For 2015, the Chamber Events Committee & Main Street Affiliates have joined forces and have elected to offer one community clean-up day as part of Earth Day celebrations. This years' Community Clean Up will take place on Saturday, April 25. Volunteers will meet in Central Park at 9:00 am. At 11:30 am lunch will be provided for those who have registered and participated in the cleanup event. Groups of 5 or more please call ahead (319-561-0535) for assigned areas. Gloves, trash bags & maps will be provided. Sponsored by the Fort Madison Area Chamber of Commerce, Scotts Miracle-Gro, Fort Madison Main Street, Hy-Vee, MidAmerican Energy, i-wireless, Mc Donald's, County Market and Complete Rental.
