The Construction Board of Appeals meets as necessary to transact business. The Board consists of five (5) resident members of the City and/or maintain their primary place of business within the City. The Board shall include one (1) general contractor or construction manager, one (1) master plumber, one (1) master electrician, one (1) other construction-related contractor, and one (1) layperson from the general public. Members are appointed for three (3) year terms.
Powers and duties include hearing and deciding appeals of orders, decisions, or determination by the Building Official.
