Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Fort Madison, Iowa, will meet in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 811 Avenue E, Fort Madison, Iowa, at 5:30 PM on June 6, 2017, at which time and place hearing will conducted concerning the sale of City-owned property known 1301 Avenue I legally described as:
Lot Nine (9) in Outlet Ten Hundred Fifty-One (1051) in the Original Town of Fort Madison, Lee County, Iowa.
