Notice is hereby given that the Fort Madison City Council will hold a public hearing concerning PIP 2012-03, 20th Street and Avenue M - Office Demo, on Tuesday, October 2, 2012, at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 811 Avenue E, Fort Madison. The purpose of the hearing will consist of approving plans, specifications, contract documents and awarding construction contract for the project.
