[ARCHIVED] Solid Waste Carts Have Been Delivered

Solid Waste Carts have been delivered. If for some reason, you have not received a cart, need to swap out a cart, or have any other concern with the new program, please contact the City Hall at 319.372.7700.

Any changes to cart sizes will be put on a list and the Public Works staff will make changes in the upcoming weeks. Please use the current cart until your new cart arrives. Residents have until August 6th. to make changes to their cart size.

Residents can use their new carts right away for solid waste collection. All solid waste must be in the city issued carts starting on July 2, 2018 for collection. Garbage stickers can be used until July 20th. Any unused stickers can be brought to City Hall for reimbursement from July 2- 20th. After July 20th, all waste must fit inside the city issued cart.
