The City of Fort Madison is accepting applications for vacancies on all appointed boards, commissions and committees. Applications can be found at www.fortmadison-ia.com or through the City Clerk’s office at 811 Avenue E. This application process is an effort to ensure diversity and representation of our community. Interested persons should submit completed applications to the City Clerk’s office during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age. These are uncompensated positions. All applications are subject to the open records laws of the State of Iowa.
