Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Fort Madison City Council at 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, September 19, 2022, at the Council Chambers of Fort Madison City Hall at 811 Avenue E, Fort Madison regarding a request to rezone property at 5811 Avenue O, 5909 Avenue O, 6135 and 6139 Reve Court, and B-2, General Retail Business District, to B-3, Wholesale Business District, and two parcels of land bounded by Business Highway 61, Highway 61, Reve Court and 5909 Avenue O, from R-1, One Family Dwelling District, to B-3, Wholesale Business District.
