RSVP Director Jimmy Wendorf and the Human Rights commission will be hosting the 2014 Martin Luther King Commemorative March on Monday, January 20 at 9:00 am starting at Central Park with a devotional and short march from 9th Street and Avenue G to the Moose Parking lot and reconvening at the former Middle School in conjunction with Lights Camera Action (LCA) for a public showing of the National & Community Service MLK Day Legacy of Service. Those attending are encouraged to bring banners or signs to highlight the march. Last year’s event had 58 attendees.
