Tara Johnson, Fort Madison Parks, Recreation and Docks Board Chairperson, presents Parks Board member Sheila Garcia, with a ceremonial plaque acknowledging her twelve years of service on the Parks Board. Garcia served on the Fort Madison Parks, Recreation and Docks Board from March 21, 2002 until March 21, 2014. The plaque was inscribed, "In recognition and sincere appreciation for your service and dedication on the Fort Madison Parks, Recreation and Docks Board."
